This car was first created by one Chung Ju Yung, an inventor and car manufacturer that came from a family of farmers in Korean. Yung found the money to build his first car from a construction business his family owned. The Hyundai Motor Company went into business with Ford Company in 1968. In order to pass a PZEZ inspection cars must follow all of the SULEV standards. This includes a zero evaporative emissions system and a 15 year extended warranty on the emissions fuel system. PZEZ cars also don't always qualify for tax deductions or the car pool lane because they aren't as fuel efficient as hybrid and other no emission cars. You also can't find these cars in most states because there aren’t laws enforcing low emission vehicles.
